The LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports web portal allows users to access claims and police reports through a single online portal.
Sign In
Access the web portal through this link to begin the sign in process: .
The web portal allows for easy access to update or change your account settings.
Change Password
These instructions detail the process of manually changing or updating your password.

One-Time Passcode
The one-time passcode is a security feature implemented by the web portal.
Session
When you sign into the web portal, you initiate a session. A session lasts for as long as you remain signed in.
The Order History screen provides a consolidated list of all reports retained in the system, arranged in a grid format.
Resume Incomplete Reports
Reports that have not been submitted can be resumed later.
The LexisNexis Claims and Police Records web portal offers print and download options directly from both the Order History and Results Summary pages for convenience.

The LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports web portal offers two distinct methods for searching, depending on your needs.
Basic Search
Basic Search is a simple search, allowing you to locate reports based on Customer Number, Party First Name, Party Last Name, or Report Number.
Advanced Find
Advanced Find is a complex search, allowing you control over a multitude of parameters in order to locate specific orders or reports.

Ordering an Auto Accident Report

Carrier Discovery Reports
