Advanced Find

Advanced Find is a complex search, allowing you control over a multitude of parameters in order to locate specific orders or reports.

The Advanced Search feature is embedded in the header of each portal screen, and can be accessed by clicking the Advanced Search icon to the right of the search field..

Advanced Find provides four sections of search criteria. You may select parameters from any or all of these sections to conduct your search.

Primary Search Criteria
In this section, you can search by various identifiers including: User ID, Account ID, and Claim Number.

Report
Search based on specific subject report information. The form allows for a search based on any of the following fields: State or Province, Report Type, Submission Date, or Order Status
Party Information
Search based on Last Name and First Name associated with the report.
Incident Reports
Search based on Agency Name, Agency Type, and Report Number associated with the report.

After selecting your search parameters and criteria, click Search located in the lower right-hand corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can click Clear to reset the form.
