Ordering an Auto Accident Report

Auto accident reports differ than other incident reports in that they can return one of three status types when ordered.

The following status types are available when ordering an auto accident report:

100 Percent Match

When a one hundred percent match criteria is met you be taken directly to the Auto Accident report.

Potential Match

This status is returned when only enough data is provided to return a potential match for the report. The Potential Match screen will appear with a list of potential matches. You may select from the list of potential matches and continue, click Edit Inquiry to return to the Order Reports screen and provide additional data which may result in a possible match, or select None of the above reports match my request. Please fulfill my order and click Submit.

No Match

This status is returned when not enough data is provided to return a match for the report. The Potential Match screen will appear with zero potential matches. You may either click Edit Inquiry to return to the Order Reports screen and provide additional data which may result in a possible match, or select Submit the report request and click Submit.
