Get Started
The LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports web portal allows users to access claims and police reports through a single online portal.
Account Settings
The web portal allows for easy access to update or change your account settings.
Order History
The Order History screen provides a consolidated list of all reports retained in the system, arranged in a grid format.
Print and Download
The LexisNexis Claims and Police Records web portal offers print and download options directly from both the Order History and Results Summary pages for convenience.
Search Historical Orders
The LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports web portal offers two distinct methods for searching, depending on your needs.
Incident Reports
The following sections contain information on the report types available through the portal along with a brief description of the type of information provided in each report.
Interactive Reports
The following section provides details on ordering interactive reports through the Insurance Solutions portal.
- Ordering an AutoCheck Report
  The AutoCheck report requires that you submit an account number, claim number, and a VIN (vehicle identification number) with your order.
- Ordering a Claims MVR (Driving History)
  The following fields are required when ordering a LexisNexis Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ordering a VIN Household Report
  The following fields are required when ordering a VIN Household.
- Ordering a VIN Only Report
  The following fields are required when ordering a VIN Only report.
- VIN Plate Only Report
  These topics discuss the different sections of the VIN Plate Only report. Field descriptions are included in the succeeding sections.
- VIN Standard Report
  These topics discuss the different sections of the VIN Standard Report. Field descriptions are included in the succeeding sections.
  - VIN Standard Report Header Section
    This is the first section in your VIN Standard report. It contains report identity details, including the order date and report date of the requested data.
  - Recap Section
    This section summarizes the search results of your report order.
  - General Messages Section
    This section contains general information about your report order. This may include information such as the DPPA (Driver’s Privacy Protection Act) general message.
  - Inquiry Owner Data Section
    This section contains the search information entered when placing your order.
  - Inquiry Vehicle Data
    This section echos back the vehicle inquiry data provided in the order.
  - Results Section
    This section contains the complete decoding of VIN (vehicle identification number) results, as well as the registered owner name and address information (if allowable per state grouping).
  - Developed Data Section
    This section lists the vehicle information of other registered vehicles reported at the household address. This section does not appear on every report. The state groupings and their associated rules determine whether this section will be reported.
- Carrier Discovery Reports
  LexisNexis Carrier Discovery reports can be ordered using a VIN (vehicle identification number) or the subject's name and address.
Management Reports
The following section details the management report types available via the LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports portal.
User Management
The user management feature is only available to users that have been granted an administrator role.
