LexisNexis Carrier Discovery reports can be ordered using a VIN (vehicle identification number) or the subject's name and address.

Account Settings
The web portal allows for easy access to update or change your account settings.
Order History
The Order History screen provides a consolidated list of all reports retained in the system, arranged in a grid format.
Print and Download
The LexisNexis Claims and Police Records web portal offers print and download options directly from both the Order History and Results Summary pages for convenience.

The LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports web portal offers two distinct methods for searching, depending on your needs.
Incident Reports
The following sections contain information on the report types available through the portal along with a brief description of the type of information provided in each report.
Interactive Reports
The following section provides details on ordering interactive reports through the Insurance Solutions portal.
- Ordering an AutoCheck Report
  The AutoCheck report requires that you submit an account number, claim number, and a VIN (vehicle identification number) with your order.
- Ordering a Claims MVR (Driving History)
  The following fields are required when ordering a LexisNexis Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ordering a VIN Household Report
  The following fields are required when ordering a VIN Household.

  - Reordering without Date of Loss
    If you receive an error message and no report is returned it may be possible to reorder the report without a date of loss. The following reports indicate that a report can be reordered without a date of loss.
