Ordering Other Incident Reports
The remaining twenty-five reports all share a similar work flow.
For all incident reports you must complete the required fields marked by a red *. Completing the recommended fields will increase the potential match and accuracy of the report.
The following features are available for all incident reports.
- Resume
- To resume your report click Order History and click Resume in the Action column for a saved order.
- Edit/Reorder Report
- This feature allows you to edit and reorder the report with additional information provided. This feature is used when insufficient data is provided to return a report result or if additional data is provided to produce more accurate result.
- Order Another Report
- This feature allows you to order another report type for the subject without having to re-key their information again. The subject information is pre-filled and when selecting a report type.
When selecting a new report with the custom data pre-fill enabled you should verify and complete the recommended fields to return the most accurate results.
