Ordering Other Incident Reports

The remaining twenty-five reports all share a similar work flow.

For all incident reports you must complete the required fields marked by a red *. Completing the recommended fields will increase the potential match and accuracy of the report.

The following features are available for all incident reports.

Resume
To resume your report click Order History and click Resume in the Action column for a saved order.
Edit/Reorder Report
This feature allows you to edit and reorder the report with additional information provided. This feature is used when insufficient data is provided to return a report result or if additional data is provided to produce more accurate result.
Order Another Report
This feature allows you to order another report type for the subject without having to re-key their information again. The subject information is pre-filled and when selecting a report type.
