Basic Search
Basic Search is a simple search, allowing you to locate reports based on Customer Number, Party First Name, Party Last Name, or Report Number.
To use the Basic Search feature, simply select the search type and enter the key words into the search field located in the upper right corner of all portal screens. Click the Search icon to the immediate right of the field.
Your results will appear on the same page.
